Our Story

When I, Jacky Costello, owner of Custom Cleanups, started my company in 2014, I had one mission in mind- helping people through delivery of trustworthy, detail-oriented, and personable residential cleaning services (link to services).

Originally from Germany, I spent much of my early professional life providing customer service and administrative support within the hospitality and service industries. Through these experiences, I learned to listen to customers and respond with attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Today, I carry the same values to Custom Cleanups. Our team understands the importance of listening to your needs and then surpassing your expectations.

I work where I live in the Tampa Bay area with my husband and son. When I’m not serving Custom Cleanup’s customers, I love being part of our supportive and active community and embarking on family adventures like traveling and camping.

That is why we contribute our time and services as a partner with Cleaning for a Reason, an international non-profit serving cancer patients. Custom Cleanups also proudly partners with the Angel Foundation, an organization serving people in the Greater Brandon, FL area facing life-altering crisis situations.
